The organisation shall be called Clyro Community Projects

The parish of Clyro
3. Functions/Objectives
(a)
To promote functions which benefit the community of Clyro.
(b)
To assist other local organisations with their projects.
(c)
To help provide fixtures i.e. seats, information boards etc.
(d)
To promote and raise the profile of the community.
4. Achievement
(a)
By organising events/functions, which raise funds.
(b)
Physically helping other organisations
(c)
Promoting the community whenever possible.
5. Membership
(a)
Open irrespective of political party, nationality, religious opinion, race, colour, gender, or sexual orientation.
(b)
Voluntary
(c)
Open to anyone within the parish of Clyro.
(d)
Consideration given to anyone within a five miles radius of Clyro.
6. Management
This shall consist of-

A Chairperson

A Treasurer
(c)
A Secretary
(d)
A Committee
7. Election of officers
Annually at AGM
As required, special meetings can be called in the event of resignation.
8. Meetings
(a)
Annual general meeting to be held in May each year.
(b)
To be held as required, normally a few days after a function, but at least twice yearly.
9. Decisions Reached by a majority in favour
10. Dissolution
In the event of the organisation ceasing to function, any funds will be divided amongst other local local organisations with similar functions and objectives.
